good value accommodation in Brighton.
Good sized comfortable rooms in a lovely Victorian listed building only
a few steps from the seafront, and in a fantastic central location, very close to all the good stuff
Brighton offers: The sea, shopping in The Lanes & North Laine, Brighton
Pier, The Royal Pavilion, fabulous restaurants, all the best clubs,
pubs, and cafés, and the famous gay
village.
Brighton has a huge selection of
boutique hotels, charging very high prices and offering luxury toiletries,
plasma screens and blueberries for breakfast! We have a different approach
- to keep our rates as cheap as possible by cutting out the things which
you may not value. So we offer rooms on an 'accommodation only' basis,
and with such a selection of cafés and coffee shops within minutes walking
distance, you can then make your own choice about whether you go for
breakfast, and if so, what time you do it. So, you won't have to get
up early just to get something you may not want, but feel you have paid
for! We pass our savings on to you in the form of lower rates, which
gives you more money to spend in the city if you are on a budget.
All rooms are non smoking, most are
ensuite, and we offer twins, doubles, family rooms (children over 5
please) and singles. Some have sea views. All are clean and comfortable,
with crisp white linen, TV and hot drinks trays. We want you to feel
like you got great value for money when you leave us, without having
missed out on the things you really want… but no blueberries,
sorry!

(The Brighton Centre is close by, as is the Dome complex), on business,
