All rooms have central heating, TV, and tea & coffee facilities. All rooms are non smoking. En suite rooms have shower and WC.

Children are accepted over 5 years old in our family rooms.

Animals are not allowed (other than assistance dogs)

Last check out time on day of departure is 11.00 am

Please Note: We require a 2 night minimum stay at the weekend, and a 3 night minimum stay over a Bank Holiday weekend.

Breakfast is not included in order to keep our rates as low as possible. however there is a wide choice of cafés and coffee shops serving all day breakfast, just around the corner in St James's Street.

Our Terms and Conditions (please read before booking)

A credit card number will be required to guarantee a room. This will be held, and will only be charged in the event of cancellation by you. You can choose how you pay on arrival, and a 2% surcharge will be applied if you choose to pay by credit card.

The following charges will apply to each room booked upon cancellation or amendment:

From booking until 7 days before arrival: £25 admin fee
From 7 days until 2 days before arrival: one night’s stay
From 2 days before arrival: full amount of booked stay.
