All rooms have central heating, TV, and tea & coffee facilities. All rooms are non smoking. En suite rooms have shower and WC.

Children are accepted over 5 years old in our family rooms.

Animals are not allowed (other than assistance dogs)

Last check out time on day of departure is 11.00 am

Please Note: We require a 2 night minimum stay at the weekend, and a 3 night minimum stay over a Bank Holiday weekend. Other minimum stay periods may apply to special events and conferences.

Breakfast is not included in order to keep our rates as low as possible. however there is a wide choice of cafés and coffee shops serving all day breakfast, just around the corner in St James's Street.

(Note we reserve the right to amend these conditions for special events and conferences, and will advise you of such changes at reservation. Different terms and conditions may also apply when rooms are booked through third parties)

A debit or credit card number will be required to guarantee a room. On reservation the first night of each room booked will be charged on a non refundable basis. The balance will become non refundable 7 days before arrival, and will be charged in the event of cancellation or stay reduction within that 7 day period. Otherwise payment of the balance will be requested during the stay.
